The Cazibe Villas, which will be built by BUTAS Construction A.S. in Kusadasi on a 13,958 m2 land plot consists of 46 villas. The development will be consisting of four different blocks named after four most famous flower types grown in the natural flora of popular ‘’The Nationalpark of Dilek Peninsula’’.

Nerium Oleander, Salsola Kali, Cnicus Benedictus, Melissa Officinalis - The villas in these four different section are designed in four different style and named as Type A, Type B, Type C and Type D with the following short descriptions;
